Your biggest cost is going to be accommodation. If you are looking for a place in some of the high-demand neighborhoods, such as Gracia, El Born, Barri Gotic and others could cost you much more than many are ready to pay.
If you live alone you can share a flat with others, and it will cost you 350-500 EUR for a room per person. If you rent a one-bedrom apartment, it will cost anywhere from 650 to 850 EUR.
For a couple, you can find a 900-1000 EUR flat, decent, 70-80 square meters, 2-3 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms.
There is a two month deposit they will require. It is the norm. if you are going through a real estate agencies, they will charge 1 month’s rent or 10 percent of the annual rent as a fee.
