Today, are fatter than ever. And it is epidemic, not a joke. Some dogs naturally have chances to get fatter than others, but some are just overweight or super fat. It is estimated that 40 percent of all US dogs are obese. That’s around 35 million dogs.
If you are a dog-lover, you know already that obesity in dogs can be fatal. An overweight dog is more likely to suffer from condition such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, various lung disorders, high blood pressure, immune dysfunction and cancerous timorous.
Studies in the field show that dogs that are maintaining ideal body weight live two years longer, which means that you are feeding your dog to death just to make it cute. They are cute when they are fat, but you could kill it if you keep doing it.
And, if your dog is only a couch potato eating machine, even though it doesn’t eat much, he could become obese due to sedentary life style where he is not losing any calories.
Save your dog.
